Replacement And Refund Policy

REPLACEMENT

We accept the replacement of goods if there is any Manufacturing defect, Received in Damaged condition or Wrong product sent. We can process the Replacement for free of charge after receiving the replacement request through our Contact Us Page or through our email “[email protected]

  • The item will be picked up from your location within 2 working days after receiving the request.
  • Once the item is received, we will send you the replacement product which you will receive it within 2 Working days
EXCHANGE

Replacement and Exchange of items can be made by the customer due to wrong order placement or dissatisfied by the product. The Exchange request has to come through our Contact Us Page or through our email “[email protected]

  • The item will be picked up from your location within 2 working days after receiving the request.
  • Once the item is received, We will ship the Exchange item as per your choice which needs to be communicated to our friendly Support Team
REFUNDS

The Refund is processed only for Damaged Items, the refund is not processed for any performance or durational issue. For the damaged item, the refund request has to come through our Contact Us Page or through our email “[email protected]

  • The item will be picked up from your location within 2 working days after receiving the request
  • Cash On Delivery Payments – Once the Item is received, you will get an Email or SMS notification containing a Coupon Code with full Purchase Value. You can use this Coupon Code on your new purchase with the same product or different product of your choice. Negative Balances cannot be reused, The Code is valid for 365 Days. Unfortunately, No Cash refunds will be provided for Cash on Delivery Orders.
  • Credit/Debit Card Payments –  Once the Item is received, your refund will be credited to the same Debit/Credit Card used within 7 Working days. If you haven’t received a refund within 7 Working Days, first check your bank account, Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at “[email protected]
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
  • For Customers outside UAE, you should mail your product to Office 304, Al Qubaissi Building, Hamdan Street, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.
  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • All the customers living outside UAE will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.
  • In case of  accepted Refunds made by Credit/Debit Card, only the Product Cost will be refunded to the same Debit/Credit Card with 7 Working days


Our Replacement and Refund policy is valid for 7 days after receiving the product. If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, stickers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate (Night Gown, Lingerie, Underwear etc) or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, Gift cards or Downloadable software products or any health and personal care items. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable – If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted (if applicable) Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened, Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. For orders below AED 50, the pick-up and replacement will be accepted only if the customer bares the Shipping Charges. Each order can be returned/replaced only once, further to that the return and replacement is entertained only if the customer bares the shipping charges.
